Specification.
This is a large 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with a total of 117m2 (1250 sq ft) usable floor area.
Lounge - Diner.
The lounge - dinning area is spacious. There is a large corner suite with a coffe table and a TV with satelite channels, a DVD player and a music centre plus an assortment of music and DVD’s for your use. There is a large dining table inside but most of the time you will probably use the teak dining suite on the south terrace.
Kitchen.
The kitchen is fully and comprehensively equipped and there is a dinner service to serve six people.
Plastic cups are provided for use outside the apartment perimiter. No glassware, bottles, etc is to be taken pool side.
Utility room.
The utility room contains a butler style sink, a washing machine and a tumble dryer (rarely required) and there is a retractable washing line in there. There is also a frame for hanging towels and the like to dry.
Bathrooms.
There are 2 washing facilities.
The en-suite has a bath with a shower plus dual hand basins, a WC and a Bidet.
The second washing facility contains a shower cubicle, a single hand basin and a WC.
Bedroom 1.
The master bedroom contains 1 double bed and plenty of fitted robes. There is storage for suitcases and plenty of drawer space. The bathroom is en-suite. There are patio doors which lead out onto the south terrace.
Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds and have to use the guest toilet facilities which are as close as possible to the bedroom door. There are patio doors leading to the north terrace and fabulous mountain views.
Terraces.
The south terrace is accessed directly from the living room and it is furnished with a large teak dining suite for six people and a very large, comfortable sofa. The terrace leads onto a small private garden which has a gate leading into the main communal area.
Gardens and Pool.
The landscaped gardens are extensive and planted with many types of shrubs. There is a large communal swimming pool with a shallow part for children and a hydrojet pool which runs periodically during the day. Please note that Spanish law dictates that children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area.
Internet Access.
Internet access is available via the community WiFi system if you are taking your own laptop or I-pad. The system is fine for e-mails and surfing, Skype works fine at non peak times but downloading of movies and large audio files has been restricted due to bandwidth limitations.
